Mr. Garrigue is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategy, corporate finance and turnaround specialist.
Mr. Garrigue bought, sold and merged companies across Europe for and on behalf of clients and raised over Euro 50 million of seed and development capital to fund his own ventures. He has a deep understanding of the financial markets and how to develop and launch business propositions. His past clients include BT, BBC, AOL, Guardian Media Group, IMI plc, Altran S.A, Stream Group plc, Guava AS, Raytheon to mention but a few. Mr Garrigue started his career with AT&T before to join Arthur D. Little. He then lead Strategy and Corporate Development for BBC Resources before to join Dresdner Kleinwort Benson from where he joined Bear Stearns as Managing Director and Co-head of Media Investment Banking in Europe.
Mr. Garrigue is currently Chairman and CEO of XEIAD a Difficult Access engineering consulting business. Mr Garrigue took over operations after recapitalising the company to lead a turnaround. Mr Garrigue is also one of the founders and Chairman of Pegase Airdrop Logistics International, a specialist mission critical logistics service provider operating mostly in austere territories across the world. Mr Garrigue is also on the Board of Equi-Media Limited a leading digital media agency. In the past he held board positions with Capital Lease Aviation plc which he helped list on the London Stock Exchange in December 2007, Centrastage Limited a leading supplier of cloud based RMM software who has now been acquired by Autotask following Mr Garrigue leading two fund raising for the company; Apptix ASA, the Cranfield MBA advisory Board and Guava Limited. Mr. Garrigue holds a BA in International trade from ESCE in Paris and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and has continued his executive education with specialist courses at Harvard Business School.
