Laurent Horwitz is co-founder and President of Companeo, which was started in 2000 in France and was sold in 2018 to Infopro Digital, one of the largest european b2b media and information group.

Companeo has become the leading European player in online business lead generation and has built a unique set of capabilities to connect buyers from small and medium businesses with B2B suppliers. Companeo provides businesses with a strong value proposition thanks to innovative, efficient and free online tools. The company generates revenues from its B2B supplier base, by delivering them business leads with qualified information on prospects having submitted a request on a specific product or service.

Companeo was the 2011 winner of The Infosys Business of the Year Award.

Graduated from ESSEC Business School (France), Laurent first experience was with Steelcase in sales and marketing positions in Europe and USA. Before starting Companeo, he held senior management positions in the mail order/e-commerce industry at Staples Direct and La Redoute.

Laurent is also now a successful investor in several internet companies and entrepreneur funds.
