Dan founded Actus Consulting in 2013 with a clear and straightforward aim of helping his clients answer the difficult questions of how to grow their business.

Over the past six years, Dan has provided his clients with the strategic and practical advice needed to accelerate their company performance, exceed their aspirations and build exceptional long-term value. All his work comes from an underlying belief that incredible things happen when you focus on growth.His experience ranges from finance and team performance to innovation and sales. He offers his clients a clear understanding of the current status of their business, a focus on the strategic direction and support around the operational changes needed to implement the strategy.

 Importantly, all of Dan's work is underpinned by improving team performance, as it is through building high performing, cohesive senior management, that the strategic ambitions of a business can be delivered most effectively.

Dan has worked with over 120 companies as well as setting up and running businesses himself. Having worked extensively in the Marketing Communications, Technology and Real Estate Advisory sectors, he knows how to break down barriers to business growth and profitability.

Before setting up Actus, he spent seven years working in the consultancy practice of a boutique investment bank. Dan started his career at PwC and previously worked at Baker Tilly.
