Antanas Zabulis (born 1962) is the Board member at the state enterprise Invest Lithuania, member of State Progress Council Lithuania 2030

From 2000 to 2013, Mr. Zabulis was the President and CEO of Omnitel, the largest mobile operator in the Baltic countries, which is a part of the TeliaSonera group. During last 10 years Antanas Zabulis was public advisor to Lithuanian Prime ministers, served as public advisor to Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus for knowledge economy issues.

From 2011 to 2015 served as Board, Council member and Chairman of the Board at Baltic institute of corporate governance. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Statoil Fuel & Retail, working both in Lithuania and Norway, and was a Senior Consultant at Bossard Consultants (currently Cap Gemini).

Mr. Zabulis is still actively involved in the information technologies and telecommunications sector and currently is a Council member at the Baltic Management Institute, a member of the Business Council at the Kaunas University of Technology and a member of the Board of Trustees at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University. 

Mr. Zabulis is a graduate of the Vilnius University, faculty of Physics. He has also studied company management at the Bossard University in Paris and completed numerous leadership courses in US and Europe. He holds M.Sc. degree.

Mr. Zabulis gave over 70 speeches and made presentations on IT, telecommunications and leadership at high level conferences and summits worldwide.
