Today we are the largest independent cheese maker in the UK (in a Cheddar category dominated by multi nationals and PLCs) selling more than 14000 tonnes of Cheddar per year in the UK and to over 160 countries around the world. The Wyke Farms brand is the 3rd largest brand and the ONLY independent company trading in the top 10 brands.
