LAST CHANCE FOR BEST BUSINESSES IN EUROPE TO ENTER PRESTIGIOUS COMPETITION

Last chance is called for Europe’s most innovative and entrepreneurial businesses to enter the 2014-15 European Business Awards, sponsored by RSM, and see their achievements recognised in front of peers, politicians and media from across the world.

Entries for Europe’s toughest business competition will close at on 29 July 2014. (see www.businessawardseurope.com for details).

Last year’s European Business Awards engaged with over 17,000 organisations in 31 countries and the final entrants had a combined revenue of over €1 trillion and profits of over €50 billion. In the public vote to name the ‘European Public Champion’ over 93,000 votes were cast, and the Awards’ final attracted extensive media attention from all over the world.

Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards said: “We want businesses of all sizes and sectors to enter. Success at any stage in this competition can bring credibility; a competitive sales advantage, PR and marketing opportunities, and help retain and attract talent. It also gives businesses the chance to network with, and benchmark against, the best of the best.”

Jean Stephens, CEO of RSM, a leading global audit, tax and advisory network, said: “Since 2007, the European Business Awards have been shining a light on the most innovative and entrepreneurial businesses in Europe. Last year proved hugely successful once again and we are looking forward to raising the bar this year. This is an opportunity for Europe’s best businesses to gain the recognition they deserve on a global stage.”

The stages of the competition include written submissions, video entry judging and face-to-face interviews with an esteemed panel of European business leaders, academics and entrepreneurs. Supported since their inception by lead sponsor and promoter RSM International, the seventh largest accountancy network worldwide with a major presence across Europe , the European Business Awards was set up to recognise and reward excellence, best practice and innovation across the European business community.
