The People Password is a business dedicated to unlocking the potential in people through Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Mediation and positive HR Solutions.

A former HR Director, Tracy established this business in 2018 to bring her passion for, and experience in, delivering business results through people to business owners and HR Departments.

Tracy is a Psychologist with over 20 years board level and generalist HR and business experience and prior to establishing her own successful business, Tracy was Human Resources Director for McKesson Ireland, which owns the market brands of United Drug and LloydsPharmacy.  In this role, Tracy was responsible for the people, talent and communications strategies of United Drug and LloydsPharmacy which employ over 1,600 people.

Previous to this Tracy was Integration Director, McKesson UK, with responsibility for creating the appropriate business strategy to deliver the successful integration into McKesson of all business  streams across 4 acquired businesses in 3 jurisdictions. 

Tracy has held a number of other senior HR roles in manufacturing and retail in her career and has always been committed to leading positive, high performance, award winning teams who are empowered to deliver at every level of the organisation.

Tracy holds a MSc in Work & Organisational Psychology, Post Graduate Diplomas in Business and HR as well as a primary degree in Psychology. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
