Ioannis Masoutis is the CEO of Diamantis Masoutis S.A., a purely Greek, family company with a strong tradition and a dynamic profile. 

Diamantis Masoutis S.A. is one of the largest retailers in Greece, operating 238 supermarkets, 19 wholesales and 2 green stores. Geographically, it covers the municipalities of Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly, Epirus and Greek islands, and employs around 6,300 employees.

Ioannis joined Diamantis Masoutis S.A. in 1990 where he gained a broad experience in many business functions. His long experience in key areas of responsibility helped him to utilize deep knowledge of the company and led him, in 1998, to assume the position of Vice President of the company. Since 2011 he served as President, successfully leading the company, through significant growth and strategic acquisitions and business alliances.

He is also a member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki and the Association of Greek Food Enterprises (SEET) and member of the Research Institute of Retail Consumer Goods (IELKA).
