Clare Hill is the UK CEO and global board member of Sysdoc Limited, a Business Transformation services company with operations in 4 countries. Clare is responsible for leading the company’s business operations, creating a business strategy that is forward looking, and has enabled impressive growth against competition from largely corporate competition.  Clare is passionate about making a real difference and is committed to leading positive, high performing teams who are empowered to drive innovation at every level in the organisation.

Clare has been instrumental to the strategic and operational direction and growth of Sysdoc for the past 15 years.  AS CEO Clare has led teams delivering led technology enabled change and business improvement programmes for customers in Finance, Insurance, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, UK Government and more. Organisations seek Sysdoc expertise in business transformation, leadership of change and design and build of award winning learning and business tools.

Clare is passionate about enabling fair market places, particularly championing SME and diverse businesses.  Clare has served on the Cabinet Office SME from 2012 to 2015, and both led and participated in a number of working groups. Clare is an active member of the Management Consultancy Association, Tech (UK), Institute of Directors and WEConnect.

Sysdoc has twice been in the Top 30 companies in Britain for Best Practices for Working Families (2011 and 2015), and a gold award winner of the Opportunity Now – Agile Organisation award.

In specialty areas of expertise, Sysdoc was selected by global peers as the 2015 Best Vendor at the DevLearn global conference and holds many awards including several LearnX Gold Awards, Best Use of Technology in Learning and GIGA (Gartner) gold award for best practice Process Design.

Clare is committed to responsible business, and has recently introduced volunteer days across the organisation.  Clare encourages her teams to use their capability to support projects particularly in child protection and sustainability. 

Prior to joining Sysdoc, Clare had a successful 15 year career in the advertising industry, and was a media planning director for leading agency, Zenith Media, having launched her career in start-up media buying organisation, Ray Morgan and Partners.

Clare has a BA in Modern European Studies from Loughborough University, and holds a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors.
